The Office of Parth Shah is looking to onboard a Legal Associate with strong exposure to corporate and insolvency work. This role offers hands-on involvement in IBC matters, transactional drafting, and M&A support.

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Handle assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
• Draft and review Resolution Plans in compliance with IBC regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements (SHA, SSA, MSA, SPA, Talent Agreements, etc.)
• Assist in M&A transactions, including legal due diligence and transaction structuring
Qualifications
• LL.B. (mandatory)
• CS qualification or pursuing CS will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of corporate laws and the IBC framework
• Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation review
• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
