EXL is conducting a walk-in drive on 2nd July 2025 for legal professionals seeking opportunities in litigation support and legal documentation. This role requires night shift availability and is based out of EXL’s Noida Sector 144 office.


Eligibility:

  • Education: LLB (Law Graduates only)

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Strong legal understanding and analytical ability

    • Proficiency in legal writing

    • Knowledge of MS Office

    • Basic familiarity with the US legal system

    • Prior experience in legal assistance, legal drafting, document review, and litigation processes is essential

  • Other Requirements:

    • Immediate joining preferred

    • Must be comfortable with night shifts

    • Work from office only

    • Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support on client projects, including quality review if required

  • Extract and compile data from client tools; organize and manage legal databases

  • Perform data entry and document organization in a chronological and indexed manner

  • Prepare case summaries, list of cited case laws, statutory highlights, and exhibit records

  • Respond to interrogatories and document production requests

  • Draft, summarize, and proofread legal documents

  • Participate in processes like e-discovery and document review
