This opportunity is strictly for candidates with prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and is aimed at those seeking long-term association in the insolvency domain.

Eligibility
• Law, CA, CS graduates/students
• Candidates from similar professional backgrounds
• Mandatory: Prior IBC experience
Preferred Exposure (Must Highlight in CV)
• CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Liquidation
• PPIRP (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Personal Guarantor (PG) cases
Nature of Work
• Assistance to Insolvency Professionals
• Participation in CoC / SCC meetings
• Drafting of IBC-related documents
• Claim verification
• Other allied insolvency assignments
