About the Event
UPES School of Law, Dehradun, is set to host the VIII Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law, Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2025. The competition will be conducted in two phases:

Online Rounds:Â 13th and 14th September, 2025

Offline Rounds: 14th and 16th November, 2025 at the UPES campus, Dehradun
This competition, being an esteemed annual event, attracts nationwide participation from leading law schools and serves as a platform for students to delve into contemporary issues surrounding insolvency law. We are confident that the educational experience of the participants will be greatly enhanced through the insights gained during the event.
