Vidhi Vaarta has opened applications for its Virtual Winter Internship Programme 2025, a month long intensive opportunity tailored for law students who wish to build a strong foundation in research, writing and drafting. The programme is designed to simulate a professional academic environment and allows interns to immerse themselves in structured legal writing tasks while receiving continuous guidance from experienced mentors.
This internship offers a broad canvas of work. Interns will draft blogs, develop short articles, prepare case comments, work on research papers and refine their approach to legal drafting. Each task is structured to push analytical thinking and help participants understand how to construct clear, well argued and publication ready content. The aim is to strengthen research methodology, enhance writing quality and expose interns to the practical expectations of professional legal communication.
One of the defining features of this programme is its strong focus on publication. Selected pieces written during the internship may be published, giving participants an early opportunity to build their academic profile. Those whose work is published will also receive a Certificate of Publication in addition to the Certificate of Internship provided upon successful completion of the programme. The top five interns will further receive an exclusive opportunity to intern with a reputed law firm, providing valuable industry exposure.
The internship is fully virtual and runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 January 2026. Since it is limited to only ten slots, the selection process is highly competitive. Students pursuing either the three year or five year LL.B. programme from recognized institutions across India are eligible to apply. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong research abilities, clarity in writing and a genuine interest in legal publication.
