About the Role
The firm is urgently hiring a Junior Associate with zero to two years of PQE. Freshers who meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to apply.
The work will primarily involve:

Drafting RERA complaints, replies, objections and applications

Conducting RERA specific legal research and assisting in case preparation

Handling RERA filings and case documentation

Appearing before forums and undertaking routine court work

Managing coordination, follow ups and file handling

Skills and Eligibility
