About the Role
Position: Lawyer – Labour and Employment Laws
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years (core experience required)
Practice Focus
Employment and labour law advisory
Contract documentation and legal analysis
Counselling on labour laws including the Labour Codes
General corporate employment-related matters
Key Responsibilities
Providing employment advisory to clients
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and related documentation
Legal analysis and interpretation of labour legislation
Advising on Labour Codes and allied employment regulations
Handling matters independently with minimal supervision
Eligibility & Skills
2–3 years of core experience in labour and employment laws
Strong academic and professional credentials
Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
Compensation
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
