About the Organisation:
The Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), an intergovernmental body headquartered in New Delhi, is inviting applications for a short-term internship during a crucial period leading up to its Annual Session in September 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of international law, diplomacy, and multilateral cooperation.
Eligibility:

Open to law or international relations students who have completed at least three years of undergraduate study.

Candidates who have already completed their International Law coursework will be preferred.

Recent graduates may also apply.

Applicants must be based in or able to relocate to New Delhi immediately.

The internship is best suited for proactive, detail-oriented individuals available from now until 5th September 2025.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Legal Officers in preparing for AALCO’s Annual Session.

Conduct legal and policy research on topics of international law.

Provide documentation, coordination, and event support during the run-up to the Annual Session.

Engage with intergovernmental processes and gain exposure to the working of a diplomatic legal body.
