A reputed boutique law firm with a strong corporate and transactions practice is urgently looking to onboard an Associate for its Gurgaon office.
This opportunity is suited for young corporate lawyers who have hands-on exposure to transactional work and are looking to deepen their experience in general corporate, M&A, and PE/VC matters in a fast-paced practice environment.

Practice Area: General Corporate, M&A, PE and VC Transactions
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Location: Gurgaon
Eligibility Criteria
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate law and transactions
• Exposure to M&A, PE or VC transactions preferred
• Strong drafting and transaction support skills
• Ability to work on time-sensitive mandates
