This position is ideal for experienced finance and payroll professionals who have handled end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliances and employee finance queries in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees
-
Ensuring accurate salary computation, disbursements and documentation
-
Handling statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS and related filings
-
Preparing and maintaining MIS reports and payroll dashboards
-
Addressing employee payroll and tax-related queries
-
Providing support during internal and statutory audits
-
Coordinating with internal finance, HR and compliance teams
Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification:
-
MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute) or
-
Chartered Accountant (CA)
-

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll and finance experience
-
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to handle confidential data with accuracy and integrity
