to impart advanced legal education and promote society-oriented research in legal studies.
CMR – The Centre for Mediation and Research at MNLU Mumbai endeavors to build resources
and disseminate knowledge about the practice of mediation and conciliation in the country. CMR
began its journey on 19th January 2019, with an inaugural program at the hands of Hon’ble Mr.

skills and expertise in the world of mediation. Regardless of one’s professional calling,
mediation can be a significant game changer in dealing with legal issues, ensuring interest
of both the parties in the dispute alongside providing a swifter dispute resolution
mechanism. With the skill sets it promises, the program will bolster participants’social and
professional standings and make them more valuable personnel to the organizations and
brands they represent. The program has been designed by a highly skilled resource
person, making the structure highly professional that will touch upon all the key aspects of
mediation, conflict management, and resolution. However participants are expected to
know the basics of mediation processes for smooth understanding of the session, but no
specialized course or practice is required to be undertaken to attend this program.
