About the Job
CBI is inviting applications from experienced advocates for the position of Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel) to handle:
- Prosecution, Appeals, and Revisions
- Legal matters in the Hon’ble High Court, Patna
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council
- Minimum 10 years of experience in criminal litigation, including at High Courts
- Proven expertise in handling criminal matters
- Unconditional willingness to work under the Government of India’s terms & conditions
