Shanbhag, Sella and Kerrthikiran Associates, a reputed firm specialising in Dispute Resolution, Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Advisory, is seeking an advocate based in Chennai for a short-term due diligence assignment.
Eligibility

Must be based in Chennai (this is not a remote role)

Ability to read and understand Telugu is essential

Prior experience in due diligence or related corporate work will be an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in conducting due diligence review and documentation

Collaborate closely with the firm’s legal team on-site in Chennai

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all translated and reviewed documents
