Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to incorporate an interdisciplinary journal, the Jus Corpus Law Journal. Jus Corpus, An ed-tech platform setup in 2020, having 600k clicks per month on an average basis.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Subhash Bhutoria (Partner, DSK Legal)
Mr. Subhash Bhutoria is a seasoned IP and Art lawyer. Before joining, DSK Legal, he was leading the IP and Art law team at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India. In a career spanning over 14 years, he has worked with leading lawyers and firms including Lall & Sethi, Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan Attorneys and had founded the IP and art law practice at the firm, Krida Legal. In his career spanning over 14 years, he has represented clients from diverse fields. Besides mainstream IP practice i.e. trademark and other IP filings and prosecution, oppositions and conflicts, he specialises in IP due diligence, IP disputes and enforcement strategies. He regularly appears before the Courts and Tribunals across India and has conducted numerous anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy raids. He has developed a team of dynamic IP lawyers and para-legals, which assist him closely on IP and other areas of his practice.
Besides his professional commitments, he is a member of the International Trademark Association (ADR Committee), European Community Trademark Association and IP Forum, FICCI. He is an arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration of Art, Netherlands and also with the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre. He is also the legal advisor to the International Delphic Council. He is regularly invited by Universities and business associations for sessions/guest lectures on intellectual property law and practice and art law. He is also an Advisory Board member of Jus Corpus.
