Dr. Victor Alexandrovich Matchekhin is a renowned expert in international and Russian tax law, with extensive academic and professional experience. He serves as an Associate Professor at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), specializing in financial law. Holding a PhD in Law, he is affiliated with the Department of Financial Law at MSAL.

Additionally, Dr. Matchekhin is:

Scientific Secretary of the Russian Branch of the International Fiscal Association (Ros-IFA)
Vice President of the International Fiscal Association (Netherlands)
A member of the Expert Council at the Federal Tax Service of Russia

He actively contributes to international legal forums, sharing expertise on taxation and financial regulations.
