Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Leading all legal activities across the assigned zone

Handling high-stake and crisis situations with strategic judgment

Regular police-station visits and coordination with senior law-enforcement officials

Managing legal escalations, field-level matters, and on-ground issue resolution

Ensuring smooth legal operations with frequent inter-city travel

Supporting business teams on compliance and legal risk management
Preferred Expertise

Home Loan / Mortgage (HL–Mortgage) legal experience

Knowledge of credit legal processes

Pre-disbursement checks and documentation

Title verification and mortgage creation

Understanding of financial and regulatory legal frameworks
