About the Job
EOS Chambers is hiring a Senior Associate specializing in Civil and/or Criminal Litigation to join its esteemed legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5-6 years in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
- Bar Council Registration: Minimum 4-5 years enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Education: LLB from a recognized university (LLM is a plus).
- Specialization: Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, and Dispute Resolution.
- Expertise in:
- Property disputes, contract enforcement, injunctions, and constitutional law.
- Legal drafting, case analysis, and court procedures.
- Advocacy skills with the ability to handle cases independently.
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Assist in mediation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals.
- Handle property disputes, contract enforcement, inheritance, real estate, and constitutional matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Oversee case preparations and coordinate with junior associates.
