Key Responsibilities

Advising on AIF-related legal and regulatory matters

Handling PE/VC transactions, including structuring and documentation

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents

Supporting fund formation, investments, and exits

Working closely with clients and internal deal teams
Eligibility & Skills

Strong experience in corporate law

Hands-on exposure to AIFs and PE/VC transactions
