Job Role: Senior Associate – Level 2 (Legal)
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in the IT industry, preferably supporting the India and US regions.
- Education: Law Graduate.
- Legal Expertise:
- Strong understanding of commercial law.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice on contractual issues.
- Analytical and research skills to assess compliance and legal matters effectively.
- Skills Required:
- Written & oral communication.
- Problem-solving & analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and ability to learn contract management tools quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts (e.g., Agreements, SOWs, Amendments) independently or with stakeholders.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals.
- Develop guideline documents related to contract management (SOPs, Playbooks, Templates).
- Follow-up work internally and externally to gather feedback and finalize agreements.
- Organize execution of completed agreements and manage signature dispatch & return follow-ups.
- Provide legal updates and guidance to business teams.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and gather relevant legal information.
- Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and compliance.

Bangalore
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
- Friday: 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST
