About the Role
Sanya Talwar, POSH & POCSO expert and legal journalist, is looking to engage a Delhi-based lawyer on a retainership basis to assist with work related to POSH, employment laws, and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities

Legal drafting, filing, and research

Assistance with matters related to POSH compliance, employment law, and court appearances

Being available at office locations in Defence Colony and Sagar Apartments (Supreme Court) as and when required

Opportunity to take up other legal work, provided assigned responsibilities are prioritised effectively

Hybrid structure: While Sanya works remotely, on-ground presence in Delhi is necessary for certain tasks
Eligibility

Prior experience in legal drafting, litigation support, and understanding of POSH and employment law is preferred

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage independent tasks
