About the Job
Online applications are invited from bona fide citizens of India for recruitment to the post of Research Officer (Group-C, Non-Gazetted) in the Directorate of Treasuries, under the Finance Department, Government of Tripura.
- Pay Scale: PB-2, ₹5,700 – ₹24,000
- Grade Pay: ₹4,200
- Revised Level: Level 10 of Schedule-I, Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018 (subject to future revisions)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (Essential):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
- or Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- or Cost Accountancy
- or LLB
- or Company Secretary (CS)
All degrees must be from a UGC-recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.
Other Requirements:
- PRTC (Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura) is mandatory for direct recruitment.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 40 years as on 10.04.2025
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST/PwD/Government Servants: 5 years
- Note: Govt. employees who are SC/ST/PwDs are entitled to only one relaxation benefit.
