About the Special Issue
This special issue focuses on the use of creative methods in research on courts and policing, examining how non-traditional, experimental, and creative approaches can deepen our understanding of legal and policing institutions.
The issue builds on the Transnational Workshop on Creative Methods in Research on Courts and Policing, hosted by the University of Warwick and co-organised by the University of Cologne and the University of Toronto in September 2025.
