Internship Role: Legal Trainee
Anaxee is looking for a Legal Trainee to support its in-house legal team on day-to-day corporate and compliance matters. This role offers hands-on exposure to legal operations within a fast-growing startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Final-year students pursuing BBA LL.B / BA LL.B / B.Com LL.B

Candidates pursuing Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Legal Team on diverse legal and business matters

Draft and review contractual agreements and templates
-
Support ROC compliance and related documentation

Coordinate with internal compliance teams and stakeholders for due diligence

Draft and research contractual awareness and training material

Review and edit business continuity plans and legal policy documents

Assist with special legal projects and initiatives
Requirements

Basic knowledge of drafting, reviewing, and evaluating agreements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
