Subhashish Kumar, Strategic Legal Counsel and Co-founder at Sahaj Nyay, is inviting applications for a long-term paid legal internship with a litigation-focused practice based in Delhi.
This opportunity is intended for law students who are serious about trial-side litigation and are looking for sustained, hands-on exposure rather than short-term academic internships.
Eligibility Criteria
• Final year or penultimate year law student
• Currently residing in Delhi
• Strong and genuine interest in litigation, particularly trial work
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Sincerity, accountability, and consistency are non-negotiable
Nature of the Role
• Hybrid in nature; regular work-from-office is not mandatory
• Preparation of detailed research notes and legal briefs
• Regular field work, including visits to courts, government offices, and meetings
• Direct exposure to day-to-day litigation practice
Duration and Stipend
• ₹10,000 for the first month
• ₹15,000 per month thereafter
Performance will be reviewed every 25 days to assess alignment with the firm’s work standards. Based on this review, the internship may be continued or concluded.
