Roles & Responsibilities

Collating, sorting, and maintaining a repository of legal contracts and related documents

Organizing the contracts repository as per business requirements

Reviewing and summarising contracts to extract key details, including:

Name of parties

Effective date

Term of the contract

Other commercial details

Coordinating with internal teams to obtain contract-related data and information
Eligibility

Law students currently pursuing a law degree or law graduates

Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
