About the Internship
MarkShield is offering a full-time paid internship for candidates interested in Intellectual Property Law. This opportunity provides practical exposure in trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand protection, and related litigation work. Interns will also gain experience through court visits and hands-on engagement with IP enforcement matters.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research on matters related to trademarks, copyright, designs registration, and commercial suits under IP laws
- Assisting in drafting IP search reports, applications, plaints, cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and enforcement actions
- Reviewing and summarizing case laws, and contributing to article writing on IP-related issues
