About the Internship
The Chambers of Abhinav K. Mathur invites applications for a one-month internship from 29th April to 29th May.
Eligibility
-
Open to students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated LL.B. program, or
-
3rd year of a three-year LL.B. program.
Responsibilities
The chambers handle a range of matters before the High Court at Lucknow, as well as other forums including the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (REAT), and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Interns will be involved in:

Legal research

Drafting

Case preparation

Court assistance
Stipend

A fixed stipend will be provided

Performance-based bonus may be awarded
Location
The office is located in Vibhuti Khand, approximately 1 km from the Lucknow High Court.
