Strong interest in corporate law and regulatory frameworks, especially in the power sector

Ability to work full-time during standard office hours
Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in corporate transactions and deal documentation

Conducting legal research and preparing regulatory briefs

Supporting the team in drafting, review, and compliance-related tasks

Working on sector-specific matters in the power and energy domain

Providing assistance in day-to-day corporate advisory assignments
Location & Timings
143 Uttamchand Israni Law Chambers, Near District Court, Bhopal
Timings: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimum duration: 6 months
Stipend: As per firm standards
