About the Internship
The internship is structured as an assessment-based engagement, allowing students to work closely with the firm’s corporate team and gain practical experience across a range of assignments. Interns will be exposed to:

Corporate and commercial contract drafting

Legal research on company law, securities law, compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks

Assistance in due diligence exercises

Support with internal compliance and documentation

Preparation of legal notes, summaries and internal briefs
This will be a performance-based programme, and successful interns may be considered for long-term opportunities depending on the firm’s requirements.
Eligibility

Open to law students from any year of the 5 year or 3 year LL.B. programme
