About the Role
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, is inviting applications for the position of Young Professionals (Legal). This recruitment is part of NHAI’s vision of building efficient legal and regulatory support systems in its nation-building mission. A total of 44 positions are open across India.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university/institution.
- Additional eligibility criteria, if any, are available on the official NHAI website.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting NHAI in handling legal matters, including arbitration and litigation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
- Providing legal research and support in policy-related issues.
- Coordinating with law firms, advocates, and other stakeholders on ongoing cases.
- Supporting the NHAI team in compliance and advisory functions.
