Vahura is inviting applications on behalf of a top-tier law firm in Bangalore seeking talented Transactions Lawyers to join its expanding team. Eligibility:

1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate transactions.

Prior law firm experience is mandatory.

Strong expertise in private equity, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in structuring and executing private equity, VC, and M&A transactions.

Draft and review transaction documents, term sheets, and share purchase agreements.

Conduct due diligence and coordinate with clients and counterparties.

Provide strategic inputs on deal structuring and regulatory compliance.
