Eligibility:

Fresh law graduates (0–2 years of experience).

Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and transactional documents.

Conduct legal research on matters related to corporate and finance laws.

Support associates and partners in ongoing transactions and advisory work.
