Eligibility:

2–3 years of post-qualification experience in trademark law.

Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end trademark filings and prosecution.
-
Draft and file responses to examination reports and office actions.
-
Assist with oppositions, cancellations, enforcement strategies, and coordinate with foreign counsels.

Conduct searches, clearance checks, and monitor watch reports.
-
Engage with clients and ensure accountability in all assigned matters.

Chennai: 2 positions
-
New Delhi: 1 position (with a mandatory 3-month orientation at the Chennai office for training and integration).
