Dr. Hassana Quadri, Lawyer, Academic, and Researcher associated with Murdoch University, Amity University, and Curtin University (Dubai), is inviting applications for a short-term paid Research Assistant position. The role is part of a socio-legal research project examining High Court family law judgments (2020–2025) in India. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an interest in law, gender studies, or socio-legal research methodologies.
Eligibility:
- Preferably a background in Law or Gender Studies.
- Familiarity with Indian High Court databases and basic legal research tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Search and download High Court family law judgments (2020–2025).
- Enter metadata (year, case type, language used, etc.) into a coding sheet.
- No writing or analytical work is required.
- Work can be completed remotely over 2–3 weeks.
