GLA Law Offices, led by Advocate Gaurav Barathi, is a reputed firm based in New Delhi handling matters across civil, criminal, commercial, intellectual property, and consumer law before the Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals. The firm is inviting applications for the roles of Senior Litigation Associate and IP Associate.
Eligibility
-
Law graduates (LLB) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong command over English, both written and spoken.

Thorough understanding of court procedures, tribunals, and forums in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities
Senior Litigation Associate
-
Drafting suits, writs, appeals, revisions, and complaints.
-
Handling civil, criminal, commercial, IPR, and consumer disputes.
-
Independently appearing and arguing before the Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals including consumer forums and NCDRC.
IP Associate
-
Handling trademark prosecution, oppositions, and hearings.

Managing IP portfolios including designs and copyright filings.
-
Drafting and assisting in IP-related litigation and advisory.
