About the Role:
The position involves hands-on responsibility for managing trademark and design portfolios, filing and prosecuting applications, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements before the respective IP offices. The role offers an opportunity to work on diverse, high-stakes IP matters within a reputed and professionally enriching environment.
Eligibility & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in filing trademark and design applications and related documents at IP offices.

Strong understanding of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000, along with relevant procedural rules.

Ability to handle documentation, filings, and correspondences independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, reviewing, and filing trademark and design applications, oppositions, renewals, and related documents.

Liaising with the Trade Marks Registry and Design Office for compliance and procedural requirements.

Managing client portfolios and maintaining accurate filing and prosecution records.

Providing strategic inputs on IP filing and protection strategies.
