Backed by programs like Microsoft Startup Program and RazorpayRize, DaanVeda is looking for a Senior HR Associate to help shape its growth story, build a people-first culture, and scale impact across India.
Eligibility:

3–4 years of relevant HR experience; startup experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience using HRIS software.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection.

Facilitate smooth onboarding, documentation, and orientation.

Handle exit processes including exit interviews and final settlements.
Policy & Compliance:

Implement and enforce HR policies aligned with labor laws and company standards.

Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance.

Address employee relations concerns and support retention strategies.

Prepare HR reports and assist in compliance audits.
Payroll & Benefits:

Oversee payroll processing and resolve employee queries confidentially.

Support benefits administration and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Compensation:
