Role: Senior Associate – General Corporate (M&A / Private Equity / Venture Capital)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Eligibility

Strong experience in handling corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital deals.

Sound understanding of company law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
