About:
TMPL Consultants is seeking experienced civil, commercial, and real estate litigation lawyers to join leading Tier-1 law firms in Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end disputes, including litigation, arbitration, client advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility:
-
PQE: 3–8 years (Batch 2017–2021)
-
Strong foundation in civil, commercial, and real estate laws.
-
Actively practicing in the Bombay High Court.
-
Experience handling cases before NCLT, RERA, and District Courts.
-
Knowledge of CPC, Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, IBC, Transfer of Property Act, and RERA.
-
Experience in real estate and infrastructure-related disputes is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Manage litigation and arbitration matters end-to-end.
-
Draft pleadings and legal briefs; coordinate with senior counsel.
-
Advise clients on litigation strategy and regulatory issues.

Ensure compliance and provide insights on complex legal matters.
