Eligibility

4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Prior experience at reputed law firms

Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and client management
Roles and Responsibilities

Work on transactions involving General Corporate advisory, M&A, and Private Equity deals

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements

Provide client-focused solutions and manage relationships effectively
