Ashurst, a tier-1 law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Arbitration and Construction Disputes practice in Brisbane. The team focuses on energy and resources, as well as public and private infrastructure, handling both domestic and international arbitration and complex disputes.
Eligibility:

Experienced lawyers with a strong background in arbitration and construction disputes

Experience in domestic and international arbitration is highly desirable

Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle arbitration and complex dispute matters across energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors

Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to strategize and manage cases

Contribute to client advisory, drafting, and representation in proceedings

Engage in high-value domestic and cross-border dispute resolution
