The Centre for Qualitative Research, University of Bath, is inviting proposals for its annual Qualitative Research Symposium (QRS) to be held at the University of Bath School of Management. This two-day interdisciplinary event brings together over 100 scholars to engage with emerging ideas, methods, and practices in qualitative inquiry.
This year’s theme, “Creating, Negotiating, and Challenging Boundaries in Qualitative Research,” encourages scholars to explore how qualitative methods can transcend disciplinary, methodological, and societal borders to address complex research questions.
Eligibility:
The call is open to academics, doctoral researchers, and practitioners working across disciplines with an interest in qualitative research and methodological innovation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participants may contribute through one of the following formats:

Individual Paper Presentations on ongoing or completed research.

Symposia bringing together scholars around a shared methodological theme.

Workshops offering interactive, practice-based engagement with qualitative methods.
