Eligibility:

Law graduate with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in labour law, legal aid, or human rights law.

Strong commitment to social justice and worker rights.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and representation to workers.

Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, and legal aid institutions.

Manage and mentor helpline and field teams working with informal workers.

Conduct legal literacy sessions and training programs.

Contribute to advocacy, research, and systemic legal change initiatives.
