Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognised university; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, M&A, or financial sector advisory.

Preference for candidates with experience in fintech, NBFC, or financial regulatory work.

Company Secretaries (CS) with relevant legal and transactional experience may also apply.

Proven leadership, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advise clients on corporate and commercial laws, M&A, joint ventures, and foreign investments.

Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents (share purchase, shareholders’ and business transfer agreements).

Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice to financial services and fintech entities.

Liaise with regulators, financial institutions, and government bodies on compliance and licensing matters.

Lead and manage due diligence, deal execution, and client relationships.

Supervise and mentor junior associates, ensuring quality outputs and professional growth.

Contribute to knowledge management, client development, and firm initiatives.
