About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to work directly with Kiran Shah, Founder – Go Zero (Shark Tank India S4). This is not a typical desk job; it is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires shadowing the founder across work, content, and personal commitments. The role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, content creation, and founder-level decision-making.
Eligibility

Strong proficiency with Notion or similar workflow/project management tools.

Active LinkedIn and Instagram user with an understanding of algorithms and content features.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in coordinating with agencies, vendors, or partners.

Highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage schedules, meetings, and travel bookings.

Coordinate social media posts, podcast logistics, and digital content workflows.

Use workflow tools to track projects and ensure follow-through.

Assist with inbox management, draft communications, and manage follow-ups.

Prepare briefs for meetings, take notes, and ensure action points are completed.

Research trends and topics for social content.

Handle light personal logistics such as reservations, gifting, and RSVPs.

Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve challenges.
