A reputed law firm is seeking a Partner (Execution / Salaried Partner) specializing in Insolvency, Bankruptcy, and NCLT Litigation for its Delhi office. This role offers an opportunity to lead and expand the firm’s insolvency practice, engaging with complex corporate and financial restructuring matters.
Eligibility:

Experienced legal professional with a strong background in IBC and NCLT litigation.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and represent clients before the NCLT and other forums.

Please note that the budget for this role is capped at ₹40 LPA (fixed).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the firm’s Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice.

Represent clients in insolvency, restructuring, and related corporate litigation matters.

Mentor junior associates and contribute to strategic practice development.
