About the Opportunity
WhiteHatts is inviting applications for a Partner-level position in Dubai, UAE. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead high-value international construction arbitration matters with a globally reputed law practice. Selected candidates will work with top-tier clients and play a key role in shaping international arbitration practice in the region.
Eligibility
-
Minimum 10 years of international arbitration experience, with at least 4–5 end-to-end arbitrations handled

Proven expertise in construction arbitration disputes

Prior experience with top-tier international or Indian law firms

Postgraduate qualification in law (LL.M. or equivalent, preferably from a reputed international university)

Strong advocacy, drafting, mentoring, and business development skills
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex, multi-jurisdictional arbitration proceedings

Represent clients under ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIAC, and other leading institutional rules

Handle international construction disputes involving high-value claims
-
Mentor and guide associates in international arbitration practice
