Opportunity for Part-Time Associate/Associate Consultant – Public Policy & Social Impact Projects

Srinidhi S Parvatikar is seeking a part-time Associate/Associate Consultant to assist in projects focused on marketing products and articles produced by Divyang children, as well as skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives within the MSME sector. The role combines fieldwork, program implementation, and strategic project support.

Eligibility

Open to all candidates; preference for those with a PSC background (UPSC/State PSC prelims cleared or in preparation).
Strong interest in social impact, public policy, or entrepreneurship initiatives.
Willingness to travel extensively across Indian cities and rural areas; some work can be performed remotely.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project operations, including ideation, implementation, and evaluation.
Assist in marketing initiatives and outreach for products and programs.
Contribute to skill development and entrepreneurship programs for MSME and Divyang children.
Engage in fieldwork across multiple locations, including rural areas of Central India.
Collaborate with the organization/university stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

Compensation & Tenure

Duration: 3–6 months, starting mid-November 2025.
Consolidated pay: ₹35,000 per month (flexible for exceptional candidates).
Additional non-monetary benefits and potential SIP-based incentive discussed during onboarding.
Completion of tenure will include a signed letter of recognition from associated organizations/universities.
