About Diksha Foundation:
Diksha Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering adolescent girls in Patna’s informal settlements. With a focus on addressing issues such as educational dropout, safety concerns, and early marriage pressures, we aim to build girls’ capabilities through practical reasoning, bodily integrity, and stronger community ties. Our team has already reached over 1,500 youth in Patna, and we are expanding our impact.
Eligibility & Roles:
We are hiring for the following contractual positions:

Project Manager (Part-Time)

Minimum 3 years of experience

Strategic guidance and oversight of project implementation

Master’s degree is a plus

Project Coordinator (Full-Time)

Minimum 3 years of experience

Manage field operations and coordinate with community leaders

Social Worker (Full-Time)

0–2 years of experience

Facilitate sessions with adolescent girls, support access to government schemes, and engage with families

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strengthen community engagement to ensure safety, education, and empowerment of adolescent girls

Support project implementation and coordination with local stakeholders
-
Conduct outreach, awareness-building, and skill development sessions

Ensure alignment of activities with the Foundation’s mission of fostering social change
