Eligibility:

Strong network of regulatory legal advisors or ability to develop one with organizational support.

Proven leadership and client management capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide strategic counsel on cross-border regulation and licensing for Web3 businesses in jurisdictions such as the US, EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

Advise on regulatory structuring and compliance for DeFi and tokenized products.

Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with legal and business objectives.

Manage complex cross-border client relationships and corporate legal matters.

Contribute to business development and expansion of the firm’s regulatory consulting arm.
